DESCRIPTION

The RTH 6.22 EC model is a rotating telescopic handler ideal for both construction sites and rental fleets. Compact and multifunctional, it is compatible with a wide range of accessories, thanks also to the RFID system that allows automatic recognition and the consequent creation of the relative load diagrams, this lifter is able to respond to countless applications in the construction and industrial sectors. It is equipped with pivoting stabilizers with a good support surface, a load status control system that detects the risks of overloading the machine and three types of steering.

This model is equipped with a lifting cabin that can be tilted up to + 1.5m and 16°.

Versatility

The 6.22 EC is extremely versatile because, by simply changing the accessory, it can be used as a telescopic handler, using the forks, as an off-road crane, by mounting the winch, and as an aerial platform thanks to the basket. Furthermore, through the RFID system, the machine recognizes the accessory and automatically sets the appropriate safety devices and the relative load diagram.

 Safety and visibility

With ROPS/FOPS level 2 certification, the cab ensures class-leading safety during all phases of work.

Visibility is also improved, while maintaining all the standards of regulation and safety, thanks to the advancement of the cabin, the increase in the glass surface in the upper part and the thinning of the steering column.

The new “easy access” system, patented by Magni, facilitates entry and exit from the cabin by allowing a slight misalignment between the turret and the frame, so as to be able to easily access the machine.

Comfort operatore

In line with all other RTH and TH, the cabin interior has been completely redesigned and all the upholstery has been created with injection molding for greater durability and better finishes. When the door is opened, courtesy lights come on, located in various points inside the cabin. These LEDs are dimmable and gradually decrease in intensity once the machine is turned off.

Airflow inside the cabin has been improved to optimise defrosting even in the coldest climates.

A sunshade has been positioned high above the operator’s head as standard and can be locked in two different positions to ensure maximum comfort even on the sunniest days.

Both armrests, which follow the seat, can be raised to reveal a handy storage pocket, housed under the right armrest. A premium seat with headrest, tilt movement and air suspension is also available.

New on-board system MCTS (Magni Combi Touch Screen)

Consultable through the touch screen, the software has been completely renewed. The graphic restyling of the interface favors an easy and intuitive use with functions recognizable through user-friendly icons.

Unlike the previous software, there is now a main menu page from which you can access the different thematic pages, with new functions that allow for a smoother and more pleasant user experience.

Among the main features and new features we find:

  • Handling mode: allows you to separate the arm speed from the traction speed, allowing for more precise and faster movements when using the arm extension and wheel travel simultaneously.
  • Dedicated pre-settings: three new mappings selectable by the operator, from the most precise to the most reactive, to optimize the performance of the accessory used.

A further important innovation concerns the introduction of the Magni LLD (Live Load Diagram) system, which allows for three different types of load diagram page and to keep the manoeuvring limits under control, to operate in total safety:

  • Standard, which allows you to view all load bands (also present in previous versions);
  • Dynamic, which allows you to view the available working area depending on the load you are lifting.
  • 360° dynamics, which allows you to view the available work area from above, ensuring greater precision when operating in non-uniform stabilization conditions.

Finally, it is equipped with a standard reversing camera, viewable inside the MCTS monitor, which is activated automatically when reverse gear is engaged.
